if you follow the pages listed you will not find what you expect or what you want. this bothered me. either it is just my book, or the table of contents is completely incorrect.
i simply wanted the book from sex and the city. it may not bother most. it was inexpensive and the poems are so romantic and beautiful.i'm simply writing this review for a heads up.
I bought this book, like most, after seeing the sex and the city movie. its disappointing that i spent any sort of money for something that poorly published.ON ANOTHER NOTE: the book is exactly what i wanted it for. so if you don't mind the messed up table of contents, then definitely buy it.
nothing past the foreword is correct. how this severe error made it through publishing is beyond me.
Obviously it's not that big of a deal but if they're was another edition I would have ordered that one. The only thing is the back cover has a really awful picture of the auother that really throws me off. The book is super cute. It's a good, easy, quick read.
I think the wrapping should resembel the "wonders" within the book, and the softcover beige cover of this book makes it look dull and ordinary, when it is annything but. I loved the book, and i loved the consept that the book never existed before the movie "made it up". the reason i gave it 4 stars insted of 5 is, that i wish it had come in a more "eksklusive" hardcover version.
But other than that.good. I was very excited to get this book. However if you look at the table of contents the pages don't match to where selections really are within the book.
Great book, great excerpts from love letters. A miniscule issue but shows the professionalism put into the book.
All in all, an OK buy, but really. The price could have been cheaper as well.
Just received this book - earlier than expected. I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but my page numbers didn't match up in the Table of Contents.
The page numbers. I love Amazon for that reason.
Poor book construction.
